Confirmation to Comply with Export Laws

Using an external Identity Provider requires compliance with applicable export laws. By participating you confirm the following:

I hereby confirm on behalf of my organization that the addition of any users or entities associated with <your actual email domain name> will comply with my organization's obligations under our applicable agreement with TIBCO regarding compliance with all applicable export and trade laws, and in particular, such users or entities do not include (i) person or entities included on any sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control ("OFAC") or a "party of concern" identified in lists maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS") or otherwise subject to any other sanctions imposed by the U.S. government, or any other applicable authority, such as local government laws and the European Union; or (ii) a member of an organization on any such lists.
