Requesting Access to a Domain Capability

As a member of an organization, you can request access to any of the domain capabilities subscribed by your organization owner. You can send a request to the organization owner from within the application.

To request access to a domain capability:

Procedure

1. Sign in to TIBCO Cloud and then either go to the Team Members tab or to the Subscriptions tab.

2. Depending on which tab you selected in step 1, do one of the following:

   • On the Team Members tab, click the name of the domain capability to which you want access. Click the Request access button.

   • On the Subscriptions tab, tiles of all the domain capabilities that your organization owner has subscribed to, are displayed. Click the Request access link on the domain capability tile you want to request domain access to.

3. [Optional] In the Request access to <domain capability> dialog, write a note to the organization owner stating the reason why you want access.

4. Click Send.

   

If your request is not granted, you can send another request by clicking the same Request Access link and perform step 1 to step 4 described earlier.
