Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions
For a domain you can cancel one or more credit card subscriptions without contacting TIBCO Support. You can also revive a canceled subscription at any time by renewing or upgrading the subscription. You can cancel or renew a subscription only if you are an organization owner.
Considerations for Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions
Read the following points before you renew or cancel a credit card subscription:

A subscription that was canceled before the renewal date remains active until the renewal date even after cancellation.

If you cancel a subscription before the renewal date, no refund can be claimed for the remaining days of the subscription.

If you renew a canceled subscription before the renewal date, you are not charged again for the previously paid period.
Renewing Subscriptions
You can renew a canceled subscription at any time. TIBCO recommends that you read the Considerations for Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions section before you renew your subscription.
To renew your subscription:

On the Subscriptions tab, click the Renew button on the domain capability tile of your choice.
The Purchase Subscription window is displayed. Continue to fill out all the required details to renew your subscription. For more details on purchasing a subscription, see Upgrading a Subscription.
Canceling Subscriptions
You can cancel only credit card based subscriptions. TIBCO recommends that you read the Considerations for Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions section before you cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription:

On the Subscriptions tab, click Details on the domain capability tile.

In the <domain capability> Subscription detail window, click Cancel subscription.

In the confirmation window that is displayed, confirm that you want to cancel the subscription. A message is displayed to indicate that the cancellation was successful.
