Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions

For a domain you can cancel one or more credit card subscriptions without contacting TIBCO Support. You can also revive a canceled subscription at any time by renewing or upgrading the subscription. You can cancel or renew a subscription only if you are an organization owner.

You can cancel only credit card based subscriptions. TIBCO recommends that you read the Considerations for Renewing or Canceling Credit Card Subscriptions section before you cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription:

    Procedure
  1. On the Subscriptions tab, click Details on the domain capability tile.

  2. In the <domain capability> Subscription detail window, click Cancel subscription.

  3. In the confirmation window that is displayed, confirm that you want to cancel the subscription. A message is displayed to indicate that the cancellation was successful.
