Adding a Subscription

Only an organization owner can add new subscriptions.

As an organization owner, you can purchase a subscription (except the trial subscription) for the same domain capability in more than one region.

On the Subscriptions tab, use any one of the following methods to add a subscription after you have signed in to TIBCO Cloud:

  • Click the Add subscription tile

  • Click the Add new subscription link in the panel on the right

The domain capabilities available for subscription are displayed with a Free trial or Add or upgrade options.

You can also go to the Home tab and click the hexagon representing the domain whose capability you want to subscribe to. From the page that opens, Upgrade or Purchase options are available.

Select the appropriate option. For example, if you select the Add or upgrade option for Live Apps, the Purchase Subscription page is displayed. Proceed to fill in all the required information. Remember to use the same email address you used earlier. Your request for upgrade is sent to the TIBCO Sales Team.

After you have subscribed, you receive an email notification stating the region from which you subscribed.
